How do I feel better?

The way out of the negative loop, give yourself permission to feel what you're feeling! Don’t be embarrassed. Humans feel. Feel your laughter, feel your joy, feel your sadness, anger, frustration. Feeling is fine. It’s just your emotions telling you something isn’t aligning with your actions. Breathe and surrender your thoughts so you can discover the feeling sensation in your body.

How do we get out of sorts (alignment)? People, places, situations, food, environments, toxin exposures and of course the biggest one 'Fear'-minded thinking disconnects us from ourselves and puts us out of alignment with our positive thinking. Disconnected from our solutions, ideas, that our fear based logical mind cannot come up with. 

How do you know you know when your out of alignment?

Fear, tired, grief, sad, doubt, lonely, negativity, depressed, scared, hopeless thoughts come in and cloud our joy, hope, love and compassion.

When you feel the Negative Loop:

  1. Forgive - your thoughts, they are just that, thoughts. From conditioning, patterns, people, inner and outer critics, and unwanted energy attacks. The are stories running as a loop in your mental thoughts.

  2. Trust - your body has an amazing intelligence called your nervous system where our feelings and senses reside and communicate like a network all over your body to guide you this way and that way towards excitement, joy, purpose and healing.

  3. Ground - Connect your head and your heart back up again. You have been disconnected.

Forgiveness is a lesson, it goes with Gratitude

This one needs to be taught - The person, place or situation that 'triggered' you into healing. We firstly thank the feeling, person or situation for creating a response that has come to our awareness. Ask what wisdom or gift of wisdom was in this lesson? Then gratitude for no matter how difficult or painful it was, transform it into a gift. And lastly vow to not learn that lesson again. Story is gone. Be a new story now. Receive lessons and gifts. Now go about your journey to the next lesson.

Trust your Feelings

What shouldn’t we do to dull our feeling and instinct? Don’t be afraid of your feelings. Don’t eat them, shop them away, darken them, disregard them, numb them with drugs and alcohol, as you cannot hide from feelings. Then will get louder and manifest in your physical body as an illness, pain or dis-ease.
Emotions are feeling your laughter, your joy, feel your sadness, your anger. And finding healthy ways to navigate the high and low ones. They are your innate guidance systems at work guiding your actions to - set boundaries, keep you safe, find your joy, discover new worlds, people, places, situations that will bring you the excitement that fulfills your hearts desires. The more you trust them and work it the better your guiding instincts will work.

Ground, Clear, Protect (GCP)

When you clear space you make way for more light, joy, excitement, and heart felt experiences to come in.
Ignoring a negative feeling is not polite to the you the receiver is dangerous. We need feelings to sense and trust our instincts in dangerous situations, with friends, teachers, carers, and peers.
If an also help you feel your laughter, feel your joy, feel the love. Feeling is fine. It’s just emotions for acting upon.

Use this chart I have created to Ground, Clear and Protect your energy to make way for more you, experiences, love, joy, people, places and situations to feel alive, awake, in alignment and abundant. It will strengthen your essence and truth and protect you from burn out, attack and negative situations.
