This personalized, intuitive experience combines energy clearing techniques, insightful guidance, and loving support to help you release limiting beliefs, overcome resistance, and align with your heart's deepest desires.

What to expect in the session?
After my training in medical intuition with a PhD Doctor I am able to scan your body and see, feel and listen to what is stuck. I can read your energy field and see the darker debris that needs to be shifted. I also studied with a Shaman, PhD Professor and Doctor who works closed with Mark Hyman and otheer prominent figures who taught me how to release attachments, clear chakras, remove negative energy safely and make space for more light and opportunities to come in.

- Best of all you don't need to do anything just lie there, which is why it can be done remotely or in person.
- We will talk after the clearing and healing so you can acknolwedge and talk about the shifts
- We may need to focus on you giving back and recalling your energy lost to certain individuals who conditioned or imprinted their energy onto you.
- Sessions are personalised to your needs and releasing techniques are different for everyone.
How will you feel after your session?
After you will feel lighter, brighter, have a bounce in your step and feel like yourself again at your best. The process takes you to your Homostatus, how your are meant to feel.
However, you might feel tired and need to rest. It is also important after you have had energy moved around that you drink lots of water.
The affects last a couple of days of the energy shifting until it settles.
During this time it is important to self-reflect on where you are currently and think about the life you truly desire. Journalling, visual exercises, meditation and stillness for contemplation are great tools to begin here, holding space for you to process your life and hearts desires. What is in you that you are desiring right now to achieve for your life?
- Suggestions after your session once you are clear: Try doing the free wheel of life exercise after this session as you will have space mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually to make some big changes in your life that you truly desire.
- We do not want you to go back to the same people, places and situations that block and fill your energy with more debris to clear again and repeating the same cycles that led you to me in the first place. Either way, I got your back!
- Schedule in a life coaching session with me so we can setup the new life and ideas that you desire and uncover an action plan to get you to those goals.

Sessions can be over Zoom or in person around the Sutherland Shire. Please specify in the notes which one you would prefer.
